This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for KuTuka (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using the app and making purchases, you agree to this policy.


1. Overview

KuTuka allows users (parents) to purchase coins/points that can be used within the app for rewards and other features.

Since these are digital, consumable items, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


2. Coin / Point Purchases

  • Coins or points purchased in the app are non-refundable

  • Once credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the platform

Exceptions may apply only if:

  • The transaction failed but money was deducted

  • Coins were not credited due to a system error

In such cases, users must contact support with transaction details.


3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction:

  • The duplicate amount may be refunded after verification

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider


4. Reward Redemptions

  • Once a reward redemption is approved and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Points used for redemption are permanently deducted

In case of issues:

  • Damaged or incorrect items may be reviewed for replacement (not refund)

  • Users must report such issues within a reasonable timeframe


5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but money is deducted:

  • The amount is usually reversed automatically by the payment provider

  • If not reversed within the expected time, users should contact support


6. Referral Rewards

  • Points earned through referrals have no monetary value

  • They cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or converted to cash


7. Donations

  • Points donated to organizations are non-refundable and irreversible

  • Donations do not represent real-money transactions


8. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed:

  • Within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Credited back to the original payment method


9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund requests in cases of misuse or fraud

  • Suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will be reflected within the app or on our website.
