These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KuTuka (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the application.


1. About the App

KuTuka is a family engagement platform that allows parents to assign tasks to children, track progress, award points, and manage rewards.

The app includes multiple roles:

  • Parent (primary account holder)

  • Kid (managed account)

  • Nominee (limited access co-manager)


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account

  • Parents are responsible for all child accounts created under them

  • By using the app, you confirm that the information provided is accurate


3. Account Registration

To use the app:

  • You must register using a valid phone number or email (OTP verification)

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.


4. User Roles & Responsibilities

Parent

  • Create and manage child accounts

  • Assign tasks and approve/reject completions

  • Manage rewards and points

  • Control nominee permissions

Kid

  • Complete assigned tasks

  • Request rewards

  • View earned points and progress

Nominee

  • Assist in task assignment and monitoring

  • Limited control as defined by the parent


5. Tasks & Points System

  • Parents assign tasks with defined rewards (points/coins)

  • Kids earn points upon successful completion and approval

  • Points may be:

    • Awarded

    • Revoked

    • Expired (if applicable)

We reserve the right to adjust points in case of system errors or misuse.


6. Rewards & Redemption

  • Points can be redeemed for rewards listed in the app

  • Redemption flow: Kid request → Parent approval → Processing

  • Rewards may include physical or digital items

Important:

  • Rewards are subject to availability

  • Delivery timelines may vary

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics


7. Payments & Purchases

  • Parents may purchase coins/points using supported payment gateways

  • All payments are processed via third-party providers

Policy:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable

  • In case of failed transactions, appropriate adjustments will be made


8. Referrals

  • Users may invite others using referral codes

  • Referral rewards (points) are granted upon valid signup conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel referral rewards in case of fraud

  • Modify or discontinue referral programs


9. Donations

The app may allow donation of points to listed organizations.

  • Donations are non-reversible

  • Points used for donation have no monetary value


10. Notifications

By using the app, you agree to receive notifications related to:

  • Tasks and reminders

  • Approvals and rewards

  • Account activity

You can manage notifications through your device settings.


11. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes

  • Manipulate tasks, rewards, or referral systems

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Abuse or exploit system logic

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.


12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Required by law

Users may also request account deletion.


13. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of points due to user actions or misuse

  • Delays in reward delivery caused by third parties

  • Technical interruptions or downtime

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the app is at your own risk.


15. Modifications to the App

We may:

  • Update or modify features

  • Add or remove functionalities

  • Discontinue parts of the service

These changes may occur without prior notice.


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
